This year’s Read for the Record Day is all about internationally selected book Maybe Something BEAUTIFUL and locally selected story NEVER TOO SMALL.  The Jumpstart selected book is about art and its role in changing communities. Your school can share with students the transformational power of art in uplifting the hearts and minds of people.

Our theme for Trinidad and Tobago RFRD 2018 is " a splash of colour to inspire" to transform schools and communities. We are requesting all schools to select a theme identified in  the school preparation package to ensure that our art activity is  purposeful and motivational. The story of Mira is a true story of changing her community of gray into a colourful community of hope.

Let us do the same in Trinidad and Tobago!

We also request you support of Bridge Foundation R2R Greenspace We Care programme by reading the book NEVER TOO SMALL.  We return with this theme once again this year to remind our students that saving our environment is a life long commitment.

Let's spread a message of hope with a splash of colour to inspire.

Never TOO SMALL

ALL SCHOOLS: As tradition,

Bridge Foundation donates books to schools and requests schools to engage in reading centered activities on Read for the Record Day (RFRD) to encourage reading and promote literacy. Bridge Foundation provides a school preparation activity guide book and a record sheet and schools count reading participation.
